Elizabeth Valadez

Hi! My name is Elizabeth Valadez, and I am a senior at Southport High School in Indianapolis. I am the current Editor-In-Chief of our newsmagazine, The Journal. And I have previously held the positions of features editor, features writer, and news writer. I took journalism my freshman year, and it was truly love at first sight. High school journalism has completely shaped the person I am and will continue to build the person I have yet to become.
